Inflammatory breast cancer is a rare type of breast cancer that develops quickly in women due to the drastic changes in the living. Inflammatory breast cancer affects the breast which results as red and swollen. Inflammatory breast cancer occurs when cancer cells block the lymphatic vessels in skin causes the breast reddish and swollen part. Amongst all the other cancers it is difficult to diagnose, and it is more aggressive and spreads more quickly than other types of cancers in body of women. TRACK 6: Knowledge of Osteoporosis and Bone Health in Women
Osteoporosis is a skeletal disorder distinguished by low bone mass; Osteoporosis becomes more common with age. Person with Osteoporosis may have chronic pain in women. Bones that commonly break in the body include vertebrae, bones of the forearm, and at hips portion. To prevent Osteoporosis women should intake good diet and do regular basic exercise, and fall prevention. However women in the postmenopausal age and older are mostly affected to this osteoporosis. The consequences of osteoporotic fracture the bones of elderly women and results in the increase of disabled people in an ageing society.

PCOS is more severe than PCOD In this condition; the ovaries produce a higher quantity of the male hormone and hence results I the increase of enlarged ovaries with small cysts on the outer edges. Arteries that pump blood to heart get objected due to the increase of fat which is bad cholesterol leads to the cardiac problems in women than men. The major cause of CVD in women is cigarette smoking, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, blood pressure, obesity and changes in lifestyle, metabolic syndrome and poor nutrition. TRACK 9: Birth Control, HIV and HPV
Pain during labour is different for every woman. Labor pain Varies from pregnancy to pregnancy. Some women might have different experience of labor pain from other women. It resembles menstrual cramps and for some women they might have diarrheal cramps. Birth control pills are safe but usage of combination pill can slightly increase your risk of health problems. These include Heart strokes, Blood pressures, Tumours in liver. Severity might cause death
HIV and HPV are two different infections which are transmitted sexually. These two infections have their own condition. HIV infects the immune system in the body and HPV affects the skin and moist membranes. HPV causes abnormal cell changes in the cervix and HPV leads to AIDS. Women with HIV are at higher risk of also having HPV and cervical cancer. CD4 count, viral load are used to diagnose the HIV Method of Birth control.

The menstrual cycle is a combination of several natural changes in hormones and structural changes of the uterus and ovaries of the female reproductive system which helps to make pregnancy possible. The ovarian cycle controls the release of eggs and production on the other hand it control the hormones like estrogen and progesterone.

When the growth of cancer cells takes place in reproductive organs, it is called gynecologic cancer. Some kinds of cancers which are predominant in women are Breast cancer, Lung and Bronchus Cancer, Colon and Rectal Cancer, Uterine Cancer, Thyroid Cancer and Cervical and ovarian cancers. Among which Breast and Lung cancers are most commonly seen in majority of the women.

They are several kinds of cancer treatments are available but some cancer treatments are safe for the foetus during pregnancy and some are not. Most cancers do not spread from a woman to the foetus but some cancers may spread to woman’s placenta as well. During pregnancy x-rays, CT scans or nuclear medicine tests are safer for women Radiation of these x-rays would not harm the foetus of women in pregnancy.

A miscarriage is defined as loss of a baby before 3months of maternity. Spontaneous abortion is also called as a miscarriage within the medical term but it isn’t an abortion in the common meaning. A miscarriage cannot be prevented in all the cases. Unavoidable factors cause most of the miscarriages. A healthy lifestyle before and through pregnancy may help in not having a miscarriage. Avoid radiation and sports that carry a higher risk for injury, special care to be taken to keep your abdomen safe while pregnant. All miscarriages are not caused by Genetic abnormalities. If you have had a miscarriage, take the advices from your health care provider to examine the reason for your miscarriage, if feasible, and to plan a future pregnancy. Taking proper food and sleep and healthy exercises throughout maternity might facilitate not to have a miscarriage. Intake of a minimum of 400 mcg of B complex daily, beginning at least one to 2 months before conception, if possible. Things that facilitate to avoid Miscarriage area unit as follows

But the right food can not only improve your body health it also helps to boost your mental health and can also support you through the different stages in a woman’s life. As women, many of us are frequently tends to neglect our own dietary needs. Women need more healthy and Nutritious food intake than men because they need more support of enzymes and calories and supplements to accept the challenges throughout your ever-changing life. Every woman has their own choices at work it may not always be the best and similar choice for another woman. Less intake of Dietary and nutritional food shows impact on mental health and the development of psychiatric disorders

Folate or vitamin B9 well known as Folic acid is more important to women and children to avoid Neurological affects. Iron helps in the development of Structural body and mental health. Calcium intake in women is much needed than to men. Iron helps to create the hemoglobin that carries oxygen in your blood. There are some of the Treatments involved for the Removal of the Reproductive Organs in your body at the time of cancer treatment that infected on the part. Hysterectomy is surgery to remove the uterus, if there is an unborn in the uterus, by the removal of uterus the woman cannot get pregnant. Oophorectomy is a surgery used to remove the ovaries. Once the ovaries are removed it cannot produce the eggs. A woman can’t get pregnant without them.
