The food industry is playing a crucial role in promoting healthy diets by reducing fat, sugar and salt content, restricting marketing of foods high in sugars, salts and fats these foods are especially aimed at children and teenagers, ensuring that healthy and nutritious choices are available. Common health consequences for overweight and obesity are Diabetes, Musculoskeletal disorders. Some cancers like including breast, ovarian, prostate, liver, kidney, gallbladder and endometrial.
